PINOT GRIGIO FRIULI DOC 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from Cervignano del Friuli. The must is left in contact with selected yeasts for a further period after the fermentation. The colour is bright yellow with some greenish reflections. Delicately

SAUVIGNON FRIULI AQUILEIA DOC 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Selected yeasts are introduced to bring out its aromas. This is followed by a period of aging on “fine lees”. Elegant and well pronounced fruity and floralaromas on the nose followed by pink grapefruit, passion fruit, white peach, hawthorn, green pepper, tomato leaf and sage with a good acidity. 92 points Silver Medal Decanter World Wine Awards 2021.

The scent is delicate and ethereal, almost tulle-like, with a recognizable floral note and a hint of strawberry right at the end. The palate opens with a satisfyingly salty impact, with the effervescence leading to a firm, fresh mouthfeel that is gentle in the middle and more sinewy on the finale, combined with a drier sensation.

BUTIRAH SICILIA DOC From the Principi Di Butera estat. 100% Syrah grapes aged for 12 months in 60hl Slavonian barrels, followed by a further period of ageing in the bottle. It is intense ruby red in colour, full bodied with notes of cherries,red fruits and sweet spices. A Syrah with a big structure and a long finish. 92 points James Suckling 2021.
Famiglia Zonin Winery.Sanguine ruby-red in colour, dark and sombre at its core, it expresses generous red fruit but without excess or exuberance, especially plum and woodland berries, alongside a measured savoury note. All-enveloping, it has a hint of heady alcohol on the end.
